​Welcome to our cozy home studio, a space intentionally created for a passionate community seeking healing within the mind, heart and spirit. Our owner, Noel, converted the living room into a studio space for events, yoga classes and private healing sessions. Our weekly yoga and healing classes are hosted by Fiona and a select group of passionate teachers who share their practices with a personal touch. We operate like a boutique studio, offering up to 6 classes a week to create deeper relationships with our students and followers. Join us on the mat for a transformative experience!
